To confirm your travel booking, payments must be made according to the following schedule:

Bookings with Flights

• At the time of booking (45 days or more prior to departure): 100% flight cost plus 10% of the total hotel, transfer, and sightseeing cost.
• 45 days prior to departure: 40% of the total hotel, transfer, and sightseeing cost.
• 21 days prior to departure: Remaining balance amount to be paid in full.

Bookings without Flights

• At the time of booking (45 days or more prior to departure): 25% of the total hotel, transfer, and sightseeing cost.
• 45 days prior to departure: Additional 25% payment.
• 21 days prior to departure: Remaining balance amount to be paid in full.

Failure to make payments within the specified timelines may result in cancellation of the booking, and applicable cancellation charges may apply.

Price & Availability

• All package prices are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
• Flight fares, hotel rates, transportation charges, taxes, and government levies are subject to change without prior notice.
• In the event of any pricing discrepancy or supplier revision, HiTech Holiday Planners reserves the right to revise the package cost accordingly. Customers will be informed before confirmation and may choose to proceed with the revised cost or cancel the booking.
• Flight seats, hotel rooms, transfers, and sightseeing services are subject to availability at the time of reservation.

Force Majeure

HiTech Holiday Planners shall not be held liable for any delay, modification, cancellation, loss, damage, injury, or additional expenses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, cyclones, landslides, or volcanic eruptions.
• Political unrest, civil disturbances, war, terrorism, riots, or government restrictions.
• Epidemics, pandemics, health emergencies, or quarantine regulations.
• Airline strikes, operational disruptions, flight cancellations, airport closures, or airspace restrictions.
• Adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen event affecting travel operations.

In such situations:

• Refunds, rescheduling, or amendments will be governed strictly by the policies of airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other third-party suppliers.
• HiTech Holiday Planners shall not be responsible for any non-refundable amounts charged by suppliers.
• Any additional costs incurred due to alternate arrangements, fare differences, extended stays, transportation, accommodation, or other travel-related expenses shall be borne solely by the traveller.

Travel Documents & Responsibility

• It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure possession of valid passports, visas, permits, travel insurance, and any other documents required for the destination.
• HiTech Holiday Planners shall not be responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or losses resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.

Amendments & Cancellations

• Any amendment request after confirmation will be subject to availability and applicable charges imposed by airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service providers.
• Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the cancellation policies of the respective airlines, hotels, and suppliers, in addition to any service charges levied by HiTech Holiday Planners.

Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking and making payment, the traveller acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms, conditions, payment schedules, cancellation policies, and supplier regulations applicable to the travel package
